The following terms, where used in this document, carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the contact details associated with their Account.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that the person or entity satisfies all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 below.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the sp6666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. sp6666 takes its obligations with respect to the protection of minors extremely seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage individuals from accessing real-money services.
3. You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction in which access to and use of online betting services is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sp6666 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party when placing Wagers on the Platform.
6. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by a legally enforceable contract under applicable law.
7. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with the Platform or any other gambling operator where such exclusion reasonably extends to the Platform.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the sp6666 Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeit of all Account balances.

4.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid mobile number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account. The Company may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and the Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.

You must notify sp6666 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

sp6666 operates a comprehensive KYC programme in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. You may be required to provide the following documentation at any stage of your Account lifecycle, and particularly before your first withdrawal is processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and address).
• Proof of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account in your name).
• Any additional documentation the Company reasonably determines is necessary to satisfy its compliance obligations.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 7 calendar days from the date of request — may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account. The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending successful completion of KYC verification.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

sp6666 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment methods may vary based on availability and the Player's location within Indonesia. The Company reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

All funds deposited into your sp6666 Account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate return of funds and potential Account suspension. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to an alternative method in the Player's name following identity confirmation. The Company targets a withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours for verified Accounts; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method, the volume of pending requests, and any ongoing KYC review. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000; the maximum is subject to the Player's account tier and applicable daily limits.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not charge a currency conversion fee for transactions conducted in IDR. Any fees charged by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider in connection with a transaction are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.5 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your Account has been processed incorrectly, you must notify sp6666 support at [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. The Company will investigate all disputed transactions in good faith and will provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Disputed transactions not raised within the 30-day window may not be eligible for investigation.

From time to time, sp6666 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means the Player must wager a total of Rp 1.000.000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may not be fulfilled on all game types. Certain games — particularly low-edge table games and live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to wagering requirement completion. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: The Company actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses from multiple Accounts, exploiting low-variance games to satisfy wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance voided and may have their Account permanently closed.
• Promotion Amendments: sp6666 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are mid-way through satisfying a wagering requirement at the time a promotion is amended will not be adversely affected with respect to the bonus already credited.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

A Wager is not accepted until it is confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player. Until such confirmation is received, no contractual obligation exists between the Player and the Company with respect to that Wager. sp6666 reserves the right to decline or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including without providing a reason for doing so.

7.2 Odds and Markets

All sportsbook odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change until the moment a Wager is accepted and confirmed. For pre-match markets, the odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that Wager. For in-play markets, the accepted odds may differ from the displayed odds at the moment of bet placement due to latency — the confirmed odds are those communicated in the bet confirmation.

7.3 Errors and Palpable Mistakes

Where odds or prices are published in error — including due to a technical fault, a data feed error, or a human error (a "palpable mistake") — the Company reserves the right to void Wagers placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether those Wagers have already been settled. Players will be notified of any voided Wagers and their stakes will be returned to their Real Money Balance.

7.4 Results and Settlement

All sporting event results are settled on the basis of official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton; Dorna Sports for MotoGP). Where an official result is not available within a reasonable period following the event, sp6666 reserves the right to settle Wagers on the basis of the most reliable available information. Casino and slot game results are determined by the respective game's certified RNG at the moment of play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sp6666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or the name of any third party.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the Account registration, verification, or transaction process.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players, whether on the Platform or externally, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-Fixing: Placing Wagers on any sporting event that you know or have reasonable grounds to believe has been manipulated or fixed, or otherwise participating in or facilitating the manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform on your behalf, except where the Company has expressly authorised such use in writing.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of price discrepancies between sp6666 and other betting operators to guarantee a risk-free profit, where such activity is conducted at a scale that the Company reasonably determines is detrimental to its commercial interests.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds derived from any illegal activity. sp6666 actively cooperates with relevant law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's systems, servers, networks, or databases, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software.

All content on the sp6666 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, images, audio-visual content, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of the Company or is used under licence from third-party rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the Company's express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable intellectual property laws, and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. The Company will pursue all available legal remedies in respect of any such infringement.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the Platform's availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control (including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, or government actions).
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in the information provided on the Platform, including odds, market descriptions, or promotional content, provided that the Company takes reasonable steps to correct material errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss of data, Account access, or Account balance arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any Wager outcome — including losses — arising from your use of the Platform's betting and gaming services, which are provided on an entertainment basis with inherent financial risk.

12.1 Company-Initiated Closure

sp6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to void any pending or settled Wagers, at any time and without prior notice where the Company reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The Player is under the required minimum age of 21 years.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose the Company to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your sp6666 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your Account, you are advised to withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, your right to access and use the Platform immediately terminates. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Clauses 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Privacy & Data), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 15 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial hardship, emotional distress, or relationship difficulties, it is important to seek assistance promptly.

The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the current session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by placing a temporary restriction on your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
